Chief Medical Officer of Dr Gogl Sports Health Center.
I gained experience in sports medicine, emergency medicine and family medicine in England. I have a postgraduate degree (Sport and Performance Medicine) from the University of Bath, UK, and I am constantly expanding my knowledge through a variety of training courses.
I have previously competed in sport myself and have qualified internationally. So it is no coincidence that I am currently a doctor for the Hungarian Karate Federation Olympic Team and a member of the International Kickboxing Federation Medical Committee.
I am currently the Rector’s Commissioner for the organization of Sports Orthopedics, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services at Semmelweis University. I have served as deputy medical director for 20 international sporting events organized by the University in a bubble.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I took an active role as Presidential Commissioner of Semmelweis University in the University’s fight against Covid-19.
Currently, I am a senior physician at the Dr Gogl Sports Health Center, where I aid in the treatment of various musculoskeletal problems.
-Diagnosis and treatment of overuse injuries
-Diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems
-Sport-specific performance and musculoskeletal assessments for individuals and teams
-PCMA (Pre Competition Medical Assessment), i.e., pre-competition or interim consultation to assess potential risks before the start of sport.
(Not the same as a competition license!)
-Customized prevention programs
“An athlete who does not participate in an injury prevention program or does not follow its instructions will simply not be effective” FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine
-Advising on anti-doping and legal performance enhancement
-RTP (Return to Play), i.e., defining and managing the process and timing of a safe return to active sport as soon as possible in the event of illness or injury, especially in the case of head injuries
-Sport Genetic Assessment with the assistance of a genetic expert
